The present regulations state the terms and conditions of transacting sales through the Guitar-Max online store and states the rules, rights and responsibilities of Guitar-Max as well as the customer.
Placing an order by the customer is equivalent to accepting the regulations.

All prices are gross prices - they include VAT tax. The prices are in Polish Zloty's - PLN.
To make a purchase in the Guitar-Max internet store you have to fill out the registration form, in which you have to give such information as: First and Last Name, address, telephone, and e-mail address.
Filling out the registration form does not commit to placing orders in the Guitar-Max internet store.
4. Placing Orders
To make a purchase in the Guitar-Max internet store you have to choose the item/items you're interested in and click the "basket" icon. You can view the contents of the basket and add more items to it. You can change and add items to the basket. You can change the number of items or cancel the order at all times.
Ordering items is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
5. Confirming Orders
After receiving your order you have to wait for the order confirmation within 1 working day which will be sent to the e-mail address written in the order, with information about the order status.
After receiving your order, within one day Guitar-Max will email an order confirmation to the email address provided by you in the order. Guitar-Max will also provide you with information about your order status.
6. Paying Methods
Available paying methods
Cash on delivery - DPD courier delivery service
Cash on delivery - Polish Postal Service (Poczta Polska)
Bank money transfer after placing and confirming an order
Cash - when personally picking up the item.
Installments - through Santander Consumer Bank.
Cash on delivery only available for products up to 1500 PLN - after the client sends the money (bank transfer) for the shipping.
7. Order Realization Time and Product Availability.
a) Order realization time
If an item is available in our store it can be shipped the same day - provided that the order was placed before 13:00 and that we received a bank transfer or cash on delivery confirmation.
If the order was placed after 13:00 the items will be sent out the next working day.
b) Order realization time when buying a guitar
Each purchased guitar is setup to the client's personal preferences in our guitar repair shop before shipping.
The setup is free and includes tuning, intonation and string height to the client's personal preferences.
In such case the Order realization time can take 1-3 working days.
c) Product availability
Each item in our shop has a specific realization time.
Items with an "order on request" status have a longer realization time depending on the shipping from the distributor.

8. Cancelling Orders.
Cancelling orders is possible only if the ordered item was not shipped or ordered on the clients request already.
In that case you must chose the order canceling option after logging in to your client account, or you should call the seller.
9. Customer complaints
All items offered by the Guitar-Max online store are checked before shipping.
If the package is damaged upon delivery, it's required to file a report with the courier or postman.
We investigate the complaint within 14 days from receiving the returned item at Guitar-Max headquarters in Wroclaw, Poland. The client will be informed about further proceedings.
To process any customer complaints, a receipt and warranty card must be attached to all returned merchandise.
If the complaint is resolved in favor of the client - Guitar-Max will either repair the item, exchange it for a new one if the repair is not possible, or refund the money within 14 days from looking into the complaint.
A right to return an item is entitled to a client, who has made a long distance purchase within 14 days from the date of its release with an appropriate statement on paper.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of May 30th 2014 about (Dz.U. 2014 r. poz. 827 ze zm.)
the return will be accepted if:
The item has not been used and is not damaged in any way.
The product is returned in its original box/package.
A copy of the receipt, warranty card, and the consumer statement are enclosed.
If the consumer satisfies these requirements - he will be refunded the value of the item by bank transfer or postal transfer.
Customers from outside of the European Union are responsible for additional customs, taxes if applied.
Shipping costs will be deducted from the payment for the ordered item.
The following goods and services are ineligible for return:
-Audio and Video recordings and computer programs on data storage devices after removing their original package (the sealing foil or safety seals)
-Custom orders: Services with properties determined by the consumer in the placed order.
-Services, which in view of their type can't be returned including but not limited to ordering custom cables
All new items purchased in our online store include a manufacturer's and/or distributor's guarantee.
The guarantee does not cover mechanical damages, damages made by the consumer's negligence or damages determined to be made on purpose or by the consumers fault.
The base for the complaint are a copy of the receipt and a guarantee card.
The requirement to accepting an item for repair under the guarantee is an intact seal, and sending the item in its original box with a written description of the damage.
The repaired equipment will be returned at our expense.
In accordance with the Act from March 2nd 2000 about Consumer Protection (Dz.U. from March 31st 2000.)
The guarantee repair does not mean the length of the guarantee coverage will be extended or renewed.
a) The goods presented on the Guitar-Max online store do not constitute an offer in accordance with the provision of the Civil Code.
b)Guitar-Max is not responsible for blocking mail servers sending messages to an e-mail address indicated by the client by their administrators and for blocking and deleting e-mail by software installed on the clients computer.
c) In cases not covered by these regulations, the acts of the Polish law are in effect - that is the Civil Code and the regulations of the Act about the special consumer sale conditions and the change of the Civil Code (Dz. U. Nr 141 z 2002 r. poz. 1176) and the protection act of some of the consumer rights and the responibility for any harms made by a dangerous product (Dz. U. Nr 22 z 2000 r. poz. 271).
d) The above mentioned regulations are in force from August 30th 2013
Most of the photos on the Guitar-Max online store are made by Guitar-Max.
Copying and publishing them without Guuitar-Max's permission is prohobited.
